Clearwater Bay International Baptist Church (CBIBC) is an English speaking multi-ethnic international baptist church serving the Sai Kung District, including Tseung Kwan O, Clearwater Bay, HKUST and Sai Kung. We have been meeting at Clearwater Bay School for more than 20 years, located next to the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).
We meet for worship each Sunday at 11:00am.
Our service is in English, with scripture reading in English and Putonghua. Children’s Church is available during our sermon time on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month for children age 3-7. Parents are also welcome to keep their kids in the service.
CBIBC was started as a mission chapel in 1993 by Richard Lusk, the retired senior pastor of Kowloon International Baptist Church. We became an independent church in 1999. We are affiliated with the Baptist Convention of Hong Kong.
